Francis Chichester Ltd

Quality Assurance Policy

Francis Chichester Limited was established in 1946 to publish maps and charts.  We are based in St James’s in London and employ one person full time and one person part time.

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations.  Some customers have had their guides for up to forty years still intact, which is an indication of the quality of the product. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

During the order process we always monitor how the customer is feeling about the guides and the order. We always aim to keep the customers happy and accommodate their every need. We keep them up to date with progress and make sure that they see a proof at every step and that they are happy with it.

If customers have any problems we always ask that they tell us so that we can try to rectify them.

We have started to send a feedback form to every company who orders from us, to ensure that we are providing the best service and product possible.

This policy is posted on the Company Notice Board and can also be found on our website.

Though the directors have ultimate responsibility for quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that quality is embedded within the whole of the company.

The policy review date is 01/06/2010
